(Orlando, FL – February 28, 2007) - The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra announces the 2007 Season of its popular Sounds of Summer Series. This popular chamber music series is comprised of five concerts, and highlight the musicians of the Philharmonic with diverse programs and fabulous musical experiences.
This season the Sounds of Summer Series moves to the Margeson Theater in the Lowndes Shakespeare Center, 812 E. Rollins Street, Orlando. This change enables our patrons to have reserved seating with a great view of the musicians from every seat. All Sounds of Summer Series concerts are presented on Thursdays at 7:00 PM. Subscriptions to this five-concert series are available in two price levels: Level 1 seating is $150 for adults and $75 for students with valid ID. Level 2 seating is $100 for adults and $50 for students with valid ID. Single tickets go on sale Monday, May 21, 2007. Single tickets are $35 for level 1 seating and $25 for level 2 seating. (Students with valid ID can purchase tickets for half price.)
