The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra Introduces Flex Tix

Orlando, FL – August 25, 2006 – New from the Orlando Philharmonic – We are now offering Flex Tix!!  Flex Tix allow patrons the flexibility to choose the concerts in the Orlando Philharmonic’s 2006-2007 Phil at Carr Series that they want to hear, when they want. Flex Tix are great for those who like to finalize their weekend plans at the last minute.  Flex Tix vouchers may be redeemed in advance or at the Box Office right before the concert. They make great gifts, too!

Flex Tix Packages are available in Gold and Silver Seating.  Gold seating is located in the orchestra level, rows AA through C and in the center front balcony. Silver seating is located in the orchestra level, rows D through P and most of the balcony. Flex Tix holders will be given the best available seating for the seating level purchased at the time they redeem their vouchers. Each voucher is redeemable for one ticket.  Packages are priced as follows:

Silver Flex Ticket Packages
6-Pack of vouchers for $205 – 5% savings off the regular Silver ticket price
10-Pack of vouchers for $333 – 8% savings off the regular Silver ticket price
12-Pack of vouchers for $372 – 14% savings off the regular Silver ticket price

Gold Flex Ticket Packages
6-Pack of vouchers for $258 – 6% savings off the regular Gold ticket price
10-Pack of vouchers for $420 – 9% savings off the regular Gold ticket price
12-Pack of vouchers for $468– 15% savings off the regular Gold ticket price

Flex Tix Vouchers are like cash – they are non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Refunds are not available on unused vouchers (although, upon request, we will issue a tax donation receipt for unused vouchers).  Flex Tix Vouchers are valid from September 30, 2006 through May 5, 2007. Vouchers may not be redeemed by phone, by fax or at Ticketmaster locations. Flex Tix Vouchers may be redeemed in one of three ways:

1. In person at the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra Box Office during regular business hours (9:30 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday).
2. In person at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre Will Call window beginning two hours before the concert of your choice.
3. By mail from the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra Box Office.  If redeeming by mail, voucher must be received by the Philharmonic Bob Office at least 24 hours before the concert of your choice.
