MARK FISCHER
Principal Horn

Mark Fischer joined the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra in 1993 as Second Hornist, and was appointed to the position of Principal Horn in 1996.  His musical studies were under Ward Fearn of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Ranier De Intinis of the New York Philharmonic, and Ralph Froelich of the New York Woodwind Quartet.  Mr. Fischer was a member of the Florida Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the Minnesota Orchestra, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Grand Teton Festival Orchestra, Florida Orchestra, Jacksonville Symphony, Naples Philharmonic, and has been a featured soloist with the Orlando Philharmonic.  Additionally, Mr. Fischer serves as General manager of the Orlando Philharmonic.
