The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (OPO) is a professional, per-service orchestra performing approximately 150 services annually in the Orlando/Central Florida area. Duties will include full orchestra, pops orchestra, opera orchestra,chamber orchestra, ensemble and educational activities. The OPO has an operating budget of $3 million and an endowment of $4 million. The OPO is committed to artistic excellence and fiscal responsibility. The OPO employs a unique shared musician/management structure with by-laws requiring that 25% of the Board of Directors be comprised of musicians elected by the orchestra members.
